What is Aurora Stone Return policy?

Aurora Stone  will accept the return of unopened product provided that within 7 days of the product being delivered you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by contacting us.

Aurora Stone reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returns of unopened product. Aurora Stone  will send instructions by email to you and will arrange with our courier to collect the returns from you. You must include all the product, documentation and accessories intact and in their unopened original packaging along with the RMA, shipping label and a copy of the invoice. Collection must be made within 10 days of the date of the RMA.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit you are liable for all such loss or damage.

Aurora Stone's return policy excludes Aurora Stone Services and third party (non Aurora Stone) products including software, in which case you need to contact the third party directly.

The 20% restocking fee will be debited from the total order amount. If you placed the order using a credit card the refund amount will be made to that credit card. If you have paid by direct transfer or cheque, the refund amount will be credited to your nominated bank account.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the products being returned to Aurora Stone. Please note that this may vary depending on your credit card provider and/or bank processing times.

What is Aurora Stone's Cancellation and Variation Policy?

Orders usually cannot be cancelled because the building process begins shortly after the order is placed.

Orders for products that are listed as "Available" cannot be cancelled or amended after the order is placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully.

For orders that use direct debit /payment by electronic transfer as their payment method, if payment is not made within 5 business days (or 10 business days if paying by cheque) from the day the order is placed, Aurora Stone reserves the right to cancel the order.

Upon any order cancellation a cancellation email will be sent to you.

Aurora Stone Error

If Aurora Stone makes an error by delivering the incorrect product or quantity to you Aurora Stone will provide you with the correct product and/or quantity at no cost to you.

Damaged on Arrival Policy

If on delivery to you the product packaging has obvious damage or upon opening the packaging a product is found to have sustained physical damage please contact Aurora Stone Aurora Stone will investigate and if appropriate, provide you with a replacement product at no cost to you.

If a product suffers a warrantable failure within 14 days of delivery that product is considered defect and Aurora Stone will, at its discretion, repair or replace that product. Aurora Stone will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the original product from you.

You must contact the Aurora Stone Tech Support within 14 days of delivery and need to provide the proof of purchase as well as the model and serial numbers of the product.

If Aurora Stone determines that the product was not defect then Aurora Stone reserves the right to charge you the cost of collecting the product from and returning it to you plus any costs of inspecting the product.
