City Square (BHP Building)

City Square also known as Brookfield Place, accommodates the BHP offices and is the tallest building in Perth, consisting of 47 stories. The builder, Brookfield Multiplex, awarded Viva Natural Stone the landscaping package, which consisted of;

• 6000m² of blinding slabs external to falls.
• Precast steps and bridgework including steel and balustrade work.
• 6000m² of external stone tiling.
• 1200m² of internal stone tiling.

Viva Natural Stone began the project on 3 January 2012 and achieved practical completion on the 17 May 2012(4.5 months). The project was successfully handed over to Brookfield Multiplex on time and without delays.
